NJROTC offers numerous scholarship opportunities for cadets. Some include community service, essays, academics, etc.

JROTC teaches values and principles that promote positive and productive behaviors that are critical in the adult world.

Citizenship is taught through a study of history and government and demonstrates the importance of commitment and strengthens your character and resolve as you grow.

Additional Information

NJROTC is a rewarding program available to all high school students. Completion of 2 years in the JROTC curriculum will cover for the one credit requirement of Physical Education (PE) and the one credit requirement in Performing Arts. It also counts as your HOPE credit at St. Lucie West Centennial High School.

This program does not require for you to join the military after graduation, but it does give the select few that want to join a head start and a feeling of the military atmosphere.
