Color Guard

Within the Color Guard team there are 4 positions: Left rifle, Navy flag, Ensign flag, Right rifle. The purpose of the Color Guard team is to represent our schools NJROTC, as well to honor freedom for our world given to us by the wounded veterans and active-duty soldiers. Color Guards participate in every event, baseball, football, softball, volleyball games, NJROTC competitions, etc. Color Guards are expected to present the colors for the playing of the national anthem of the United States (Star-Spangled Banner). Color guards perform a number of commands called by the commander of the group. This includes present colors, order arms, mark time, etc.
