Physical Fitness
The physical fitness competition portion consists of push-ups, curl-ups, and a 100-meter relay. Cadets must maintain the correct form while executing either their push-ups or curl-ups while on cadence. They must continue their performance unless told to stop.

The last event of every competition is the 100-meter relay. Cadets will be split into 2 teams running back and forth and passing a baton to each other. If someone drops the baton, it is that person's responsibility to retrieve it as fast as possible and continue the race. No cleats, spikes, etc. are allowed on the field during the relay, only running shoes. When all the teams are finished, color guard will begin, and the awards will be called.
